Bulrushes are crops used for clothing. They are grown by planting Bulrush Seeds in a swamp and harvested with a scythe to get Bulrush Stems and Bulrush Seeds. They take 3 minutes to fully grow.
If there are ever no bulrush fields remaining in the world, one will spawn on a random empty soil tile after 10 seconds. This is likely an oversight since it is normally impossible to plant bulrushes in the soil. These can still be cut down and replanted in swamp as usual, however.
